Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer, PayID, and Bitcoin (BTC). In-store payments are also available at our Coburg North shop. All prices are in AUD.
Do I need to be 18+ to order?
Yes — it's a legal requirement in Australia. We verify age at checkout and may request photo ID upon delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven't shipped it yet, email us at info@vapelinks.com.au as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. Once it's been dispatched, we can't cancel — but you can arrange a return.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order for online purchases is $300 AUD. This applies to all checkout methods.
How do I pay with Bitcoin?
Select Bitcoin at checkout. You'll be shown a BTC address and the exact amount to send. Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, we'll process your order.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
Express shipping: 1–3 business days.

What are the shipping options?
We offer Standard Shipping ($9.95, 5–10 business days) and Express Shipping ($14.95, 2–4 business days) Australia-wide.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — Australia only. We deliver to all states and territories including regional and remote areas.
Can I track my parcel?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, we'll email you an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes! We offer click & collect from our Coburg North store. Select it at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

Is everything genuine?
100%. Every product is sourced directly from authorised distributors. We don't stock knockoffs, clones, or grey-market gear.
What brands do you stock?
We carry all the big names including SMOK, Vaporesso, GeekVape, Voopoo, Uwell, Aspire, Innokin, FreeMax, and many more. Check our collections page for the full range.
Do you sell nicotine e-liquids?
We sell nicotine-free e-liquids. For anything containing nicotine, you'll need to check current Australian TGA regulations regarding personal importation.

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We offer 14-day returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Items must be in resaleable condition. See our full refund policy for details.
How do I return something faulty?
Email info@vapelinks.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo. We'll sort it out — usually with a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 days to appear in your account.
